In compliance with the Short Term Rental Ordinance #69 we have individualized our Reservation Agreements for each beach vacation home rental. When your Confirmation is sent for your reservation an additional email will be sent with your Reservation Agreement attached.
Schedule of Fees
Garbage: Each home is provided with garbage cans. Garbage is picked up every Tuesday morning. Should there be excess garbage or bags left outside of the cans provided, there will be a $25 fee for removal.
Laundry: If there are more than 2 loads of laundry left for the housekeeper, each load will be charged at the hourly housekeeping fee of $20 per hour until completed.
Carpet Cleaning: We ask that you remove your shoes at the door. If dirt is tracked into the carpet, or pet stains, or stains of any kind that requires carpet shampooing, the credit card will be charged back for actual charges plus 10% administrative handling fee. This would also apply to upholstery cleaning.
Extra Cleaning: Excessive cleaning beyond normal wear and tear will be charged back at a rate of $20 an hour.
Ionizer: If the home needs to be cleaned due to smoking indoors, there will be a $500 charge to the Credit Card.
A full refund will be given only if the beach house cancellation is made 30 days prior to your arrival date. There is a $100 non refundable fee for cancellations for any reason. There will be no refunds given for early departures.
Part of the Oregon Coast house rental experience is the storms and squalls that blow in off the ocean. Power outages, phone and internet have been known to work intermittently at times. This does not qualify as an emergency and no refunds will be given.
